You must be using Vitamin A for 1-2 weeks before having this peel.  
This ensures your skin cells are conditioned to take in the Vitamin A so it can be of benefit to your skin.

Leave the Vitamin A peel on for at least 8 hours.  Longer is okay.  
When you wash it off, be gentle with the cleansing movements.  
Use a very soft cloth or chamois to remove your cleanser. 
Recommence your own Vitamin A product 3-4 days later, when you feel that your skin feels ready.  
Expect textural roughness a few days later, lasting 2-3 days before revealing beautiful smooth skin.

No salicylic acid peels, wipes or serums for 2 days prior
No intense sun exposure, solariums, or energy based treatments for a week prior
Skin must be intact not still shedding from a prior peel

Expect a few days of pinkness & slight tenderness.  Pigmentation will look darker as it's been lifted closer to the skin surface & must now finish sloughing off over the next 2 weeks.
