Reservation Policy

For all services we ask you to pay a 50% deposit upfront. We know life gets busy sometimes and it’s our job to make sure you keep the commitment to yourself to enjoy the benefits of having great skin enjoying some me time. That’s we ask you to pay a 50% deposit in advance. If you need to move your appointment, that’s fine - just let us know 24 hours beforehand.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

No problem at all! Just be sure to contact us 24 hours beforehand by email or phone. If you need to cancel at the last minute let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. If we don’t have enough notice to re-book your time slot the 50% booking deposit will be forfeited for your therapist’s time.  

Will you remind me about my appointment?

Absolutely! One to two days before your appointment you’ll get an SMS reminder.
Coming? Just reply YES. Not coming? Reply NO or call us on (03) 9696 1189.
Need to reschedule? Give us an email, phone call or reply with your preferred time to the SMS. We know things move and we are happy to work out a new time with you.

When should I arrive?

Come a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to chill out with a spa tea.
So we don’t waste your precious lunch breaks or other time, we start all appointments on time.
 

What if my day goes mad and I run late?

Rest assured that if someone else runs late, we will still end their appointment on time so as not to inconvenience you, the next person waiting.
If you’re running late yourself, give a quick call ahead to the spa so we can minimise any disruption, and try to re-organise things so we can still accommodate your full appointment.

What is the series I see throughout the menu?

Series are prepaid packs of treatments, delivered in a regular order as recommended by your therapist.
When you commit to a series of treatments, you get huge skin benefits, plus a financial reward - 17% off and for some series, even more!
 

I am the lucky recipient of a Gift Voucher

To ensure you take advantage of the goodness that was intended for you when someone bought you a gift voucher, there is an expiry date. So get booking now! You deserve it!

Can I bring my baby to the spa?

With a little prior arrangement we offer baby-friendly treatment times. After all, parents need loving too! As our treatment spaces aren’t safe for little ones, we will hold your baby at reception. To ensure we have staff free for cuddles, call ahead to arrange a specific time when we know your bubba is coming with you.

Can I bring the kids?

Age of Consent
If you're under 16 years old, we need you to bring along a parent to your intimate waxing appointment. Any other appointments we can do without them there, but we will need a phone call to let us know it's okay.
