Ordering process

1. We receive your order on the first business day we are open, after you place it.  We are open Tuesday-Saturday.  So if it is received on a Monday be aware we see it on Tuesday

2. We package your order, apply Spa Dollars rewards to your in-spa client profile, and call the courier

3.  The courier picks it up, usually on the same day but sometimes the day after

4.  It takes 1-5 business days to reach you.  The closer you are to a major city centre, the faster you will receive your order. 

5.  If you are not available to receive your order, it will be sent back to the depot and redelivered again soon.  If you receive a 'card to call' from the courier company saying that you weren't at home when they came, follow the instructions on the card.

If you need something delivered urgently, please SMS 0434 082 354 before placing your order, and we will let you know if we can get it to you faster. 

Returns Policy
We offer a refund on purchases where the product caused a true allergic response.
As powerful professional skincare is what we sell, you may experience tingling, stinging and changes
in skin texture temporarily when commencing a new skincare product.  This is not an allergic reaction
but a normal part of the physiological transitioning of your skin back to full health. 
If you believe you have suffered an allergy, please contact us right away.  We will advise the correct
actions to take to manage the allergy and prevent further damage to your skin health. 
We will advise the returns process in this case. 
The best way to do this is to email us with a photo graph of your skin.  

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect
or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper,
however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time
for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your
return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund
request (5 to 10 business days).

you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Shipping

We can ship to any address in Australia by courier, and we charge $9 per 1kg weight. 
We can ship to virtually any address in the world but the shipping time is longer, price will 
be estimated upon receiving your order.  For overseas purchasing, it is better to email us
with what you want to ensure no delays, rather than buying in the online store.
