Please Confirm Your Appointment!
We send a reminder SMS one to three days before the appointment. Please take a second to reply 'yes' to this.
If we don't get a response we may not hold the booking, as we've generally found that people who don't reply are unable to attend.
How to Cancel
Phone or email us a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled booking time.
Less notice, for any reason at all, forfeits the deposit paid as the time was set aside especially.
You may send someone in your place to use your deposit if you wish.
Please come a few minutes early to fill in your new guest profile & enjoy a complimentary spa tea.
Late arrivals will be seen at our discretion and may not be able to enjoy the full treatment booked.
The full treatment will still be charged as the time was set aside especially. If you think you might run late, please
give a quick phone call ahead to let reception know.
Save on your favourite treatments by prepaying a series. A series belongs only to the person who bought it, it can't be shared.
Series are non-refundable.
Gift Voucher Conditions
Vouchers are valid for the time stated on the voucher. Extensions are available at the discretion of management, if requested before the expiry date.
Imagine if you could bring your breastfeeding baby to the spa? Well actually, you can! With a little prior arrangement we are happy to let you bring your little one along. Just let us know when you're making the booking, so we can ensure it doesn't conflict with any other guests relaxation treatments. We don't allow babies inside the treatment room, but we are happy to cuddle them at reception for you. This also applies if you'd like to bring kids along of any age, just ask us at the time of booking.
Age of Consent
If you're under 16 years old, we need you to bring along a parent to your intimate waxing appointment. Any other appointments we can do without them there, but we will need a phone call to let us know it's okay.
